Terms and Conditions
of Membership

Membership:

a. Membership of Evolution Networking clubs is annual, requiring one month's advance cancellation notice to be provided.

b. Membership provides exclusivity within the member’s chosen business category.

c. Second and third memberships allow a member to represent one or two additional businesses or categories within the same Evolution Networking club.

c. Special rates are available for double and triple memberships.

d. Double and triple members receive an extra 60 seconds per category to present their additional business sectors.

 

Meetings:

a. Meetings will be held once a month, with the exception of The Old Siege House Lunch Club which are fortnightly

b. Members must pay the meeting fee in full for all meetings by the first of the month, regardless of attendance.

c. Payment will be collected via standing order.

d. Members can send a substitute attendee if unable to attend. Opportunities to substitute should be posted in the Substitutes Whatsapp group. If a substitute cannot be found then members can send their 60-second pitch to be read out by the group host.

 

Attendance:

a. Evolution Networking ask that members aim to attend a minimum of 75 percent of meetings.

 

Attendance at Other Evolution Clubs:

a. Membership permits substituting for absent members at other Evolution Networking clubs, provided the member's category is not locked out.

b. Members are not charged a meeting fee for substituting.

c. Members should use the Evolution Networking Substitutes WhatsApp group to notify the wider

Evolution Networking group of the opportunity to act as a substitute attendee for them.

d. Members may pay to attend other groups within the network, subject to availability and provided their category is not locked out.

 

Payment Terms:

a. All monies paid to Evolution Networking are non-refundable.

b. Monthly meeting fees are due on or before the first of each month.

c. Cancellation and/or termination of this agreement by the member or Evolution Networking at any time, for any reason, will not entitle the member to a refund of monies paid.

 

By becoming a member of Evolution Networking you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
